Pudong's Food Street...

... where an apparently famous "xiao long bao" shop is, right at the end. This "xiao long bao" is fried to a crisp only at the bottom, which makes it even more tasty, as the crispy part also serves to contain the "soup". What a yummy idea!

But I'm not one for street food, so most of the relishing was done by my husband, who had only good things to say about it, in between mouthfuls.

Here's one that escaped his chopsticks and landed on the pavement. We could only look on despondently...
