Oh, and how Marc Jacobs himself used to look so unaffected. When his work was still "emerging-indie", so quirky and fresh, and had that feel of unschooled genius.
Not to say that his stuff is not amazing now. His work is still crazy-cool, and so much more polished, sophisticated and, well, expensive. And, perhaps, that's why he looks like this now...
